JZ Partners makes buyout investments in privately held businesses operating in the North American micro cap market. JZ Partners targets niche market leaders and employs a hands-on, buy-and-build approach to value creation. Mr. Lanscioni joined the firm in 1998 and continues to serve as a senior investment professional responsible for investment strategy development, recruitment of operating partners, deal sourcing, transaction structuring, deal execution and post-close growth initiatives. Over his 20+ years with the firm, he has led a number of successful buy-and-build investment strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for LaSalle Bank. Mr. Lanscioni received an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business and he has a BS in Finance from Indiana University.
