Gillian MacLean Growdon is the executive vice president of shareholder relations for the MacLean-Fogg Company, a fourth-generation family-owned manufacturing company based in Mundelein, Ill. As a family member, owner and executive, Growdon is focused on continuing the long tradition of MacLean-Fogg for many more generations. In her role, Growdon provides executive management of shareholder relations, tax planning, philanthropic activities, investment and asset management for three active generations of family owners. Growdon received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Thereafter, she worked in finance for Cisco Systems in Silicon Valley, Calif. Growdon is also a board member of the Chicago Botanic Garden, and chair of the board of directors for Random Acts of Flowers.
